Which billing option suits me?
Choose monthly if flexibility matters most. Choose yearly for the lowest price: you save €18 per screen per year. Managing 25 screens or more? Ask us for a Scale quote.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices exclude VAT. The applicable VAT is added to your invoice.
Can I cancel or change my number of screens?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and the change takes effect at the next billing date. You can add screens whenever you need them.
Is hardware included?
No. Rivowall is a software subscription. Use a supported screen or player you already own, or contact us for help choosing hardware.
What happens after the trial?
The trial ends after 14 days. You don't need a card to start, so you're only charged if you choose a paid plan.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing costs €90 per screen for 12 months, paid in advance. That's €7.50 per screen per month.
What support is included?
Email support and product updates come with every subscription. Scale customers can also get help with onboarding and rollout.
